Normal vs Optimal

Your results will be reviewed with you by your provider. Your results will be compared to Quest lab reference range and optimal ranges (optimal range for the body).

Lab

All bloodwork will be drawn at Natural Health Family Medicine and is processed by Quest Diagnostics.

Payment options

Insurance – Natural Health Family Medicine Clinic will submit to Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance only. It is patients responsibility to know insurance coverage.

​​​​​​​Self pay – We have self pay pricing available for the full lab panel as well as for labs that are not covered by insurance. Patients who do not have Blue Cross Blue Shield coverage will self pay for labs and submit superbill (receipt) to their insurance company for reimbursement.
